Applying for an Awesome grant is simple! Just fill out the application form.
Tell us about your project: describe the overall goal, objectives you’ll use to get to that goal, the duration and the intended audience.
Tell us how you plan to use the money. We don’t expect the budget to be set in stone, but try to put a price tag on different aspects of the project—it will help our process and it will help you get a better handle on the needs of your project.
Tell us what makes your project awesome and what makes you the right person to do it. If you’ve done awesome stuff in the past, it wouldn’t hurt to mention it. While not a requirement, you can email any materials, drawings, videos or other plans for your project; we just ask that you send them online along with your application.
The deadline to submit your project for our first grant is November 5th. A calendar of future submission deadlines is coming.
